I have always been into fitness, but always cardio based. Always wanted to experiment strength training but never had the confidence. I’ve encountered a couple of different trainers but I wasn’t getting the results I wanted to have. I’m the type of person that needs that extra motivation and one on one help, Josh did just that. I was more strict with my diet, went in strong doing 4 days a week (one extra day if I could). Having him train me also gave me the discipline to go to the gym solo sometimes, help others and be able to walk away from the bad food (of course I had a cheat day still lol). In a matter of about 2 1/2 months or so, I saw real results! Able to fit in clothes that barely could go over my legs literally. Making fitness part of my life wasn’t easy but it’s worth the sacrifices. -Rocki

 I’ve always been small. But the older I got the less I liked the size I was. I tried for years to gain weight. I was stuck around 110lbs. I would go to the gym but I wasn’t getting results. I posted myself at the gym once and Josh said I should come let him show me some workouts, I did. and I never stopped going. lol not only did he show me the proper workouts I needed to do, he taught me about the diet aspect of me gaining weight. I started to see results in about a month. I literally could feel myself getting stronger. Around 3 months is when the difference really started to be noticeable. Not only had I gained weight but I was toned too. I honestly felt like it was the best I’d ever looked. And people noticed. But not only did it help physically I mentally felt stronger too.
